Lunch: 45 (i was force fed goldfish)

Dinner: English muffin (100) with cheese (60) 160

Total: 205

Yess. Let’s see what the scale says in the morning. 300 is the limit tomorrow, and I’m driving to a competition for skating so I’ll have no bfast, no lunch, no dinner, and just a snack in the car to appease my mom.


Lost a pound!!


ABC Diet DAY 1

I stayed under my calorie limit. I skated this morning, but homework and 30 degree weather made me not run. I’m going to do 1 min plank, 50 crunches, and 20 push ups, and then stretch now. I’ll post the weight result as my CW tomorrow, probably higher than 128 because I’ve been a fucking pig the last few days. ABC will whip me back into shape.
